What was the inspiration you had to create your OC/OCs?

The original inspiration when I created my OC were those black and white cartoon characters, you know? Then my OC changed a little... and now he's the leader of a mafia :3

In the mafia, smoking is prohibited, but what about John and Pavel? They smoke!
